The patent office was established in 1938 by the late Professor Béla Lengyel, a former patent judge and an internationally recognized scientist in the field of chemistry.

We represent foreign clients having expanded patent and trade mark portfolios as well as smaller Hungarian enterprises and research institutions.

Next to intellectual property law our office has experience in the fields of corporate law, property law, e-commerce law and the enforcement and protection of existing property rights.
